Data collected by Simple Horse Training
When joining Simple Horse Training, you are asked to enter your email address and a password in order to create your account. You are then taken to a Stripe payment system that then collects your payment information. Stripe's privacy policy can be found here. Simple Horse Training never collects, sees nor stores your payment information. The Simple Horse Training system collects login information and the date you joined. Simple Horse Training may also collect your geographic location, browser type and version, your IP address, the email address you used when paying and the number of logins to this website. The data that Simple Horse Training collects and stores is never shared with a third party.
When using the Simple Horse Training website, any information you enter when joining, logging in or using one of the contact forms is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Where your data is stored
Simple Horse Training is hosted on DreamHost's servers. The privacy policy for dreamhost.com can be found here. Your payment information is collected through Stripe and that privacy policy can be found here.
Contact forms
There are 2 contact forms - one for tech-support and one for the purpose of questions and comments from members. These forms arrive as emails and Simple Horse Training keeps the data indefinitely for the purpose of improving the website and for responding to members of Simple Horse Training.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for the purpose of setting up a user's account and for processing forms. If you have difficulty using a form, make sure you have cookies enabled on your computer. The payment system through Stripe also uses cookies.
Children
The information in Simple Horse Training is not intended for minors and does not knowingly collect data from minors. A parent or guardian should notify Simple Horse Training if he or she has learned that his or her child has created an account with Simple Horse Training so that the minor's personal data/account can be removed at the parent's or guardian's request. If Simple Horse Training becomes aware that a minor is using the information in this website without adult supervision, that information will be deleted and the account will be closed. Under both of these circumstances, refunds will not be issued.

By using any of the information or instructions in this website, which includes written instructions, information contained within videos and links to external websites, you are assuming full responsibility for the well-being of yourself and any horse you are training. At all times, utilize proper supervision, safety equipment and appropriate facilities when training a horse. Simple Horse Training and the producer of the videos cannot be held liable for any injury or loss sustained in the use of any content of the Simple Horse Training website. Simple Horse Training assumes that you have taken full responsibility for your horse's well-being and, by consulting a veterinarian and having a thorough medical exam completed on your horse, have ruled out any possible medical problems your horse may have.
Do not attempt any of the examples shown in the videos. The videos simply show where that particular horse is in his or her training at the time the video was taken. The horse in a particular video was trained using the Simple Horse Training method outlined in the website. This training method is written for you to read, interpret and, to the best of your abilities, apply in your own training at your own risk.
Guarantee
It would be impossible for Simple Horse Training to make a guarantee of the outcome in your training. This website offers instructions that have been used in the training of multiple horses but each person, and each person's interpretation of those instruction is different. Simple Horse Training does not offer a guarantee in the training of your own horse; it simply offers a description of a training method that the creator of Simple Horse Training has personally found to work. What Simple Horse Training can guarantee is that this site was created with the intent of helping you train your own horse while also developing the best possible relationship with your horse; how you apply this training method and build that relationship is your responsibility.
Membership
The one-year membership is not a recurring payment. This one-time, non-refundable, payment gives you access for a year to the current material in Simple Horse Training. This material includes the Method section that outlines the training method and the Training section that shows specific examples of how the training method is applied. Once your membership has expired, you can then rejoin if you wish to continue your membership for another year. Price could vary.
Email Confirmation and Use of Membership
Once you join, you will receive an email confirmation containing your username and invoice number. You may have to check your spam folder to locate this email. Keep this email for your records. If you are unable to locate this email, contact tech-support and include your email address and date joined in the correspondence. If you used one email address for creating your account and a second email address when paying include both of these email addresses in your correspondence.
For ease of use, you are simply asked to not share your login information with anyone else. However, those within your immediate family can all share the same membership. Simple Horse Training reserves the right to modify the system if there is an abuse of this privilege.
Refunds
A refund will be issued only if there has been a mistake made on the behalf of Simple Horse Training. If you joined but did not use your membership or you accidentally created a second account or made any other mistake that did not have anything to do with the Simple Horse Training system, there will be no refund. In order to avoid creating a second account with another email address, try logging in prior to creating an account using other email addresses that you may own to make sure you do not already have an active account.
Simple Horse Training ~ Website Content
This website has been an ongoing project and is often undergoing changes that involve adding new material and editing previously-existing content. When you join, you are purchasing access to the content that currently exists and any new content that may be added while your membership is still active.
Simple Horse Training can never claim that its website contains all of the possible training that can be taught to a horse. See Current Content to view what training this site currently contains.
Children
The content of this site is not intended for children under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian has purchased an account for his or her child, that parent or guardian is responsible for supervising the minor in all horse-related activities when using the information in Simple Horse Training. If Simple Horse Training is made aware that a minor has created an account, that account will be deleted. A refund will not be issued under such circumstances.
